A B2B site built to generate quotes

A site with no cart and no checkout, built entirely around the quote request, with segmentation by sector and self-managed content.

The client

Premium reusables on the Riviera

MonacupGreen supplies reusable cups and glassware on the Côte d’Azur, with an offer that does not stop at the product: deposit handling, washing, delivery and collection are part of the service.

That positioning addresses very different organisers — festivals, luxury events, companies, local authorities, food service, sport. Each has its own volumes, constraints and vocabulary.

The challenge

A service offer does not sell like a product

A reusable cup delivered, deposited, washed and collected has no displayable price: it depends on volume, duration and logistics. A conventional e-commerce funnel would have forced a simplification the business does not allow.

So the site had to be designed for qualification rather than ordering: guiding each type of organiser towards a quote request precise enough to be worked on.

The solution

A qualification journey by sector

We dropped the cart in favour of a quote-oriented journey with a dedicated page per sector. Organisers recognise themselves on their page, then request a quote — rather than crossing a generic catalogue.

01

Segmentation by sector

Festivals, luxury events, companies, local authorities, food service and sport each get their own page, with the constraints and volumes specific to their context.

02

Quote flow, no e-commerce

The quote request replaces the purchase funnel. The site qualifies the need upfront rather than imposing a price that would match no real situation.

03

Product range presentation

Ranges are presented with their concrete characteristics — printing, material, certification — so buyers can choose knowingly before requesting.

04

Managed and measured content

Editorial content is driven from a headless CMS shared with the group’s other brands, and the journey is instrumented to track conversions.

Tech stack

The outcome

A site aligned with the real sales cycle

MonacupGreen has a site that mirrors how the offer actually sells: through qualification and quoting, with a journey that differs by type of organiser.
