SMTD, an industrial player specialized in manufacturing processes, operated with a heterogeneous fleet of machines unable to communicate with each other. Production data was collected manually, causing delays in decision-making and significant efficiency losses.

The company needed a system capable of centralizing real-time machine data flows, optimizing production yields through yield management algorithms, and providing instant visibility across the entire production chain.

The complexity lay in integrating diverse industrial communication protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT) and the reliability required for a critical production environment.
